Broad Ripple Bungalow

Living in Broad Ripple often means living in old homes and tight spaces! When the homeowners purchased this 97-year-old bungalow, they knew it needed some updating. A modern look and better utilization of space was their overall remodeling goal, and together, we were able to accomplish it!

KITCHEN

Literally everything from floor to ceiling was gutted and redone in this approximately 80 square foot kitchen remodel. New hardwood flooring was installed to match the hardwoods in the adjoining dining room, crown molding was added to the new cabinets, and all new stainless steel appliances replaced the outdated ones to boost the  modern appeal of this kitchen. A partial pegboard wall and open shelving gave this homeowner extra storage and a place to display antique china. Other design selections are listed below.

BATHROOM

Similarly to the kitchen, the only full bathroom in this home  (only approximately 40 square feet) was completely remodeled, including a significant shifting in shower and vanity placement! White and chrome finishes, new tile throughout, and a custom glass shower door gave this bathroom the major overhaul it needed to be more user-friendly!
